Dr. Barker completed an Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Residency at the University of Virginia (UVA) followed by a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He has advanced training in microvascular reconstruction and cosmetic surgery. He has practiced in New York and Los Angeles. He has been on the faculty at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Manhattan and UCLA.
